When you use the contact form or contact us directly, we may process:
- your name;
- company or organisation;
- business email address and other contact details you provide;
- the subject and content of your enquiry;
- technical information necessary for the secure operation of the website and form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to receive, assess and respond to business enquiries, to communicate about potential or existing commercial relationships, and to maintain the security and integrity of our website and correspondence.
Depending on the context, the legal basis is:
- steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); or
- our legitimate interests in handling business correspondence, developing commercial relationships and protecting our systems, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be processed by website, hosting, email and IT service providers acting on our behalf where this is necessary to operate the website and respond to your enquiry. The website is built and hosted using Tilda. The form may use a data receiver connected in the Tilda project settings.
We do not sell personal data and do not use contact-form data for third-party advertising.
5. International transfers
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards as required by data-protection law.
6. Retention
Business-enquiry data is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication. Data may be retained longer where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with accounting or other legal obligations, or administer an ongoing contractual relationship.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, contact alex@tabletop.ee. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
9. Cookies and external resources
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in the initial version of tabletop.ee. Tilda and essential technical services may nevertheless use strictly necessary technologies required to deliver, secure or process the website and form.
The website may load images or compact website marks from external sources. Those providers may receive standard technical request data such as an IP address and browser information. For production deployment, Snusmumriken OÜ intends to host core visual assets within the website project wherever reasonably practicable.
10. Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our processing practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
This policy must be reviewed against the data receivers, hosting settings, retention practices and service providers actually enabled in the Tilda project before publication.
